Notice to Members

Dear Members,
Following the request by some Members at the 2016 AGM to allow children into the Club at times other than a Sunday afternoon the Committee has discussed the matter and has agreed to the following on a trial basis:
Members will have the opportunity to bring children into the Club over the summer holidays/school holidays on Friday nights.
This is subject to the following conditions:
- All children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years and over
- The accompanying adult is responsible for the supervision, care and safety of their child at all times while on the Arkley Club premises. Failure to do so may result in the accompanying adult and child being asked to leave by the Stewardess or a Committee Member.
- It will not be possible to allow members children to attend on the nights where we have private bookings or Club functions.
- The Arkley Club reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time
Obviously we want children to enjoy themselves so we would ask the Members that are interested to work along with the Committee to find some entertainment suitable for children.
